Stein Valley Nlaka'pamux Provincial Park
Stein Valley Nlaka'pamux Heritage Park is significant not only for its old growth forests and spectacular scenery but for its outstanding cultural values as well. For thousands of years it has been of spiritual significance to the aboriginal people in this region; it is essentially a living museum of cultural and natural history.

Marble Canyon
The region, often described as the southern interior “dry belt” of British Columbia, offers a variety of eco-systems from arid desert landscapes to breath-taking river canyons and glacier created lakes. Summer showers rarely make their way east of the Coast Mountains into our parks and the camping season consists of weeks of hot dry weather for your recreational pleasure.

Joffre Lakes Provincial Park
Steeply rising from Lower Joffre Lake, the glacier-laden peaks are visible from an easily accessible viewpoint 500 meters from the parking lot. If you carry on, the trail becomes a rough, rocky and steep hike through the Coast Mountain range. Evidence of the park’s glacial history can be found in the U-shaped valleys, glacial silts and lateral moraines.

Lillooet Chamber of Commerce
Lillooet serves as a commercial hub for the surrounding communities of Seton Portage, Goldbridge, Bralorne, Gunn Lake, Tyaughton Lake, Marshall Lake, and Pavilion Lake. Lillooet is located along the banks on the Fraser River at the Junction of Highway 99, Highway 12 and Highway 40. It is conveniently accessible to the Lower Mainland, Whistler, Kamloops, and the Cariboo.

Fraser River Sturgeon Conservation Society
The FRSCS was founded in 1997 by a group of dedicated sturgeon enthusiasts from several sectors in BC. The founding and current chairman of the FRSCS, Rick Hansen, has provided leadership and motivation to a talented set of directors, made up of community representatives from provincial, federal, and First Nation governments, industry, science, education, the environment.

Lillooet Naturalist Society
Our purposes as outlined in our Constitution below include promoting the enjoyment and understanding of nature for naturalists and the public. The Resources page provides links to a variety of interesting maps and research projects.
